I saved the directions for Vicki Tormaschy’s quilted valance (Mar/Apr 2002) until we renovated our bathroom—and here’s the result! I adapted it a bit by adding a 1/4 inch to each strip and worked out the final measurements to 48 by 20 inches at the longest point.
