We’re looking for easy-to-fix entrees that let you ring the dinner bell in a half hour or less—including cooking and prep time.
Maybe you’re a quick study at microwaving veggie wraps, steak frittatas or casseroles. Or perhaps you exceed the speed limit at your stovetop, broiler or grill. We’d enjoy running through your recipes for skillet suppers, no-fuss kabobs or snappy panini.
Do you use convenience food to simplify meal making? Main courses using prepared crusts, frozen vegetables, canned sauces and soups will instantly interest our judges.
Don’t forget recipes that pack variety into just one dish, or entree salads that require no cooking at all.
